The training session will focus on fitness, polo skills, technique, and above all fun.
The novice water polo player will enjoy the challenge of learning new skills and playing in a physical team game, whilst those who are looking for a competitive environment will find that they are stretched with a session packed with core skills and technical and tactical work that prepares the team to compete in the local Manchester leagues as well as international master competitions.

Lorraine spent her youth as an international athlete in two sports, water polo and lifesaving. She competed for Scotland in water polo tournaments and was a world champion in lifesaving in 1992 at the world championships in Lubeck that year. She has coached water polo for over 15 years, coaching in Tasmania Australia (Friends School senior girls team), London (Hammersmith Pengiuns women’s div 1, Out to Swim master team and University of London women’s team). She has been head coach since mid 2008. |
